Pros

The flow of communication has improved over the past few years.

Cons

It can be difficult to advance your skill set if your client base is limited (doesn't engage outside of standard email best practices or has limited budget).

Pros

Nice people. Fair benefits. Well-known Clients.

Cons

Contract positions can end without much notice - no guarantee of next placement. Talent that is placed onsite at Client's office are not part of Epsilon culture - basically forgotten about.

Pros

Good experience for your resume if you want to get involved with a large pharma client.

Cons

Client is dysfunctional. Epsilon management is focused on maintaining their revenue stream without regard to the team they have deployed at the client. Epsilon management will promise anything and then walk away, leaving the project team to fend for themselves.
