Pros

Good 401k matching. Opportunities to gain knowledge in a wide arrange of IT in large scale implementations.

Cons

I've never worked for a company that cared so little about employees as people. They don't care how many hours you have to work to deliver the underbid, oversold solution to their clients. WFH means there are no boundaries. You work anytime, anywhere or else categorized as "unengaged". Promotions are based on who you know. Cultures are night and day depending on the office. Only appreciate fire fighters and schmoozers. No ethics.

Pros

Lots of new technology and cloud migration

Cons

Lots of layoffs - lots of hiring in Bangalore India. all at the same time on the same teams... Lots of management pressure on employees, acts like employees are replaceable cogs in a machine.

Pros

Benefits are OK, work from home 2 days

Cons

This company has a lot of potential, but has poor leadership. This is a great place to get your hands on different technologies and build experience if you are starting out. For the general IT department, you will work 60 hour weeks and be expected to available 24/7/365 nights, weekends and your vacations. You will be micro managed and treated as if you do not know what you are doing. There is high turnover due to the poor leadership, long hours and lack of processes. There is currently a major initiative to shift jobs to India for a lower cost, so odds are you will laid off within the next 1-2 years. The culture outside of the IT department is seems to good and supportive, opportunities for volunteering if you can find the time.

The new programs we recently implemented, including Flexible Time Off, are designed to make it easier for associates to work at Epsilon. We realize that being a global organization of more than 7,000 associates creates challenges. We believe the recent focus on our core practice areas of agency, automotive, data and technology will give our associates the leadership and direction they need to succeed while also ensuring we continue to deliver superior solutions for our clients on a global scale.
