Pros

I enjoy the type of work; it is challenging, I work on a great team, and have an exceptional manager.

Cons

Lots of jobs going overseas (India) for a cheaper work force to boost ROI, with the results of teams and clients suffering (lower quality and extended turn around times).

Pros

Everyone needs a job. Epsilon advertises that they embrace a positive work/life combination for their employees.

Cons

However, Epsilon does not extend a reasonable work/life mix for ALL employees.

Epsilon is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that produces results for our clients while offering our associates the tools they need to succeed. The new programs we are introducing as part of Crafting a Better Epsilon were designed with balance and training in mind. Through our new flexible time off and work from home policy we believe associates will achieve the work-life balance they need. Further, the first courses in our new training series will help managers deliver great feedback while teaching non-managers how to best receive feedback.

Pros

From a tech standpoint they allow you to be very hands on and it is a great place to work if you are just out of college and plan on only staying a few years. They will allow you to touch a lot of advanced technology that most out-of college grads wont get to see for several years.

Cons

You WILL be out sourced. Or as they call it, "in-sourced". While Epsilon was good to me, I left because the pay was well below industry standard. But since I left 3 months ago a large number of my team have been laid off. The hours are long, the benefits are terrible
