Pros

A WFH policy at least half the week.

Cons

As a technical resource it is a complete nightmare. Non-technical account people drive and commit to solutions and timelines without having them vetted out by BSAs or developers. If you try to speak with the client or team to do the right thing by them you get slapped down and told you aren't being a team player. The platform is poorly designed and buggy. Fine for getting out email but any data hygiene is out the window and compliance is barely supported. Platform releases are performed like a start up. They are usually during the work week and even business hours. There is no roll back plan or basic testing before release in a production mirror. Like the entire industry Epsilon was losing money and was sold. The benefits got worse and cost more. Raises are poor. If you get an offer make sure you are happy with it or walk away. Acquisitions usually spell chaos for a couple of years. It is most likely going to get worse before it gets better. Unless you are allowed to have a position that can make a positive and rewarding change expect frustration galore. You can only hope the new company has a better and cleaner vision. Nights and weekends can be sprung on you at any moment with zero consideration or compensation. Don't expect a thank you and don't expect to take another day off during the week to make up for the extra hour or day(s) you worked.

Pros

Work from home program, onsite gym for employees

Cons

No salary increases, bad 401k match, bad health insurance / dental plans, no career advancement, no annual reviews (so they can term employees easier), bad business model - losing clients in droves.
