You’re doing work that matters. The work you do indirectly impacts the lives of people whether it’s supporting chemical plants, Mid-stream gas plants, Food processing plants, and in some cases education sector. Regardless, you get a pay which is decent plus sleep knowing you made a positive impact in the world.
Cons
Mid-sized employee-owned company is being run by ex-large corporate folks. So, it seems we look at metrics and ignore the biggest issues. One of which is turnover of senior talent currently. So much so that feedback from customers is that they are starting to be concerned that the company will be unable to deliver as it once did and this is either being ignored or is totally unrealized as an issue which is a different problem altogether.
