Pros

Honey. The only pro is to keep you at your desk is they bring you food and I do mean lots of food. I gained 55 pounds working here (not even joking). Money was nice. When they didn’t forget to pay your commission bonus and you have to wait 2 more weeks to get it....

Cons

Everything. Literally the hours of having to be there until 10. Was BRUTAL. You had absolutely no time in your day to do anything else. Commission was doubled on the weekend but with inconsitancey in other coworkers, you could be one of 3 that shows up to work and you’re forced to take call after call after call after call.....

Pros

ELS is definitely moving in the right direction. They are a company that cares about their employees, their employee's families and the work life balance. There is a lot of work to do and we all work hard to accomplish it but they strive to offer some balance. ELS wants to hear from their employees and does their best to make the jobs of the employees in each role as efficient as possible. Processes are becoming more streamlined, L&D has vastly improved and ELS is investing in developing their leaders. Overall, ELS has its imperfections but it's a quality place to work.

Cons

Although improving, more communication between corporate and the properties is crucial.

great company culture, helpful team members, tons of support throughout multiple departments

Cons

lots of technology to learn and some of it is not the most current or up to date. Sometimes there can be a lot of red tape to work through.
