Very busy work atmosphere for anyone who thrives in that environment. Everyday has it's own unique twists and turns to navigate through on your own.

Cons

Far too little concern for people (other employees, vendors, guests, etc.). Very disorganized throughout which can cause chaos even in the simple day to day activities. No consistency.

With a company this size, it takes some time to implement and roll out new programs.
