Not enough help with poor pay scale for employees

Pros

You have the enjoyment of nature and being outdoors. Working to better safety standards. Thriving company no worries about the company going under.

Cons

Ask too much of managers with not enough pay for their employees to obtain and retain qualified, quality, employees. This causes many shortages for personal and service failures. Technology is terrible, not keeping up with how quickly the company grows.

Pros

Co-Workers were great to be around, they use to have parties throughout the year.

Cons

Their pay is low, and you will have to earn it. Raises are small, if you get one. The benefits are good if you can afford $12k a year for the family. Then call center is open from 7a-7p so expect to work in the later hours till you move up. Expect to be treated like another number.

ELS has a great entrepreneurial spirit and allows its employees to think creatively and offer the tools/resources to help accomplish plans to meet goals. While the company is large you do get a close knit feel and plenty of flexibility

Cons

Health benefit are not great and pay is typically at or below average
