This is one of the first companies I have ever worked for that shows great employee appreciation. Not only do they show that they value you as as employee but they will acknowledge & celebrate your successes with you. Good Pay w/benefits General information sharing within company Opportunity for advancement Team atmosphere

Cons

Inadequate Training and or manuals to guide in how to navigate company softwares, general company routine guidance or manuals so that new employees can navigate in their new positions. Calling people for help is okay but very taxing after a while when you have different people to call for every different thing and being new can have you calling a million people even for the smallest things. Having some sort of guide or manual can help alleviate that or at least some of that.

Good atmosphere, good relationships 2 weeks paid holidays

Cons

No health benefits, no 401K, although this varies by location. Very conservative staff and customers at this location.
