You will get tremendous experience working in a relentlessly chaotic & unorganized environment. Anywhere you work after here will seem like a cake walk.
Cons
Upper management makes employees lower in the ranks do all the dirty work, and often times do their job. It's classic corporate America. I have never worked for a place that treats people who work so hard so terribly. The pay is embarrassing, the benefits are sub-par. The turnover rate says it all. Also the rate at which they randomly decide to fire huge amounts of corporate staff with zero transparency. This is the most toxic place I've ever worked. I made some great friends & worked with a handful of wonderful people but honestly, stay away from this place. They are backwards.
