Pros

Great place to grow a long term career. You could probably make more money with early stage companies, but ELS is a great stable and well led organization that will be around for decades. Great work-life balance on the corporate side, and especially great for those who have families at home. Great exec team and senior leadership as well.

Cons

Experiences can vary depending upon what property/office you work at.

Corporate and Regional support when needed. Fair pay, bonus and time off. No micromanaging. Plenty of growth opportunities. Promote within. Company continues to improve systems, benefits, inclusion and processes.

Cons

Benefits explanation and support is lacking at corporate level and through NYL when you require it. Lack of compassion and care for your situation.
