Terrible management. Bias, cliques, favoritism, pettiness is the norm. Working hard and showing initiative does nothing but make the managers feel threatened. Small-minded people ruining a great brand. Poor pay and being constantly treated as if you are in a jail yard rather than a valued employee.

Ultimately the worst part about this company was how quickly you would find yourself losing self-respect because upper management would only pretend to give you any. Desperately trying to hustle and meet aggressive deliverables would have you defaulting to self-blame when you're constantly told we all need to work harder
