      Too many problems

      Pros

      Peers were decent people and fun to work with .

      Cons

      Disorganization, lack of resources support and trust in its people, chaotic environment. Too many incompetent people leading at the top. Poor decision making, poor marketing and PR. Lack of defined roles and sustainable business system. Work is stressful, hours could be quite long, benefits weren't competitive.

      Pros

      - Friendly co-workers - Good, mostly healthy food - Celebrity sightings - Networking - Depending on dept. schedule can be flexible.

      Cons

      - Toxic Culture built on dishonesty. - Allows customers to belittle workers. - Poor overall response to COVID compared to other grocery stores. - Expects Membership sales yet does not offer commissions on sales. - A startling amount of fraternization amongst employees. Some mgmt included. - Overall not good at really understanding the view point of employee. Very blind to the concerns of workers in lower positions. - Cut bonuses very early in the pandemic. - Safety not always the most important thing.
