      Pros

      Great management, great teamwork, you accrue a lot of PTO if you stay 5 years and increases every 5 years.

      Cons

      Hourly pay rate is garbage and is no longer competitive bc Erlanger is too cheap to do a market adjustment. Benefits (PTO accrual, 401k contribution, etc) were taken away for several months in the height of the first round of Covid and employees were not given the PTO hrs or 401k contribution that was essentially stolen from us back.

      System does not have enough resources to manage the demanding changes, healthcare is facing. Environment often leads to burnout across many departments.
