Pros
- if you're looking to further your knowledge for a more in depth career in the medical field, you would be hard-pressed to find a place better suited, in terms of patient load and variety and attitude towards education, than erlanger baroness campus. Whether you are a tech or transporter, you will be in close contact with patients of all sorts. - the pay is always above minimum wage - central dispatch is an amazing department. The work load is more reasonable than other's, and the management is agreeable and friendly.
Cons
- it is exceedingly busy. The patient turnover is ridiculous, and every position there has to keep up. As a transporter you will walk your legs off.
