      Good Pay, great people and tons of learning experiences.

      Cons

      Company is moving in several different directions and despite your hiring agreement they may have you travel to other states. This is an evolving issue and is expected to continue as the Hospital grows. Don't take this job unless you want to travel.

      hours not bad plenty of potential job opportunities good food options Starbuck's yup that's about it

      Cons

      Insulting pay rate Management was never actually there the co-workers were like being back in high school and the drama that comes with it ridiculous rules/limitations for CCMA's in a practice setting not on the floor

      Nice type of work, but undervalued position by management.

      Pros

      Helping patients and providers communicate well is what it's all about. There is a lot of on the job variety and you get to see many interesting things.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement. This position is undervalued but severely needed. There also was no incentive or support for continuing education in the field.
