Diverseness of patients were wonderful.

Cons

The management team spread false rumors about their employees and the employee family members who didn't work there. When you try to address it to other management or human resources, human resources say because it's only rumors there is nothing they can do about it; on the other hand, the other management didn't listen and didn't correct the issue. The hours weren't good for my family and when I tried to transfer, they wanted to reduce my pay to $9.00 hourly, after being employed there for over 10 years, because that was the base pay for that position.
