Pros

They seem to really care for their employees, they feel strongly about wellness and have many ways to help you if you wish to improve or change things about your well being. Everyone is friendly, they work with you for family emergencies and illness.

Cons

Not sympathetic or understanding of a smoking habit. Senior employees are not as educated for their positions, they seem to keep people out of favor rather than job performance. Employees are not given much consideration for personal time.

Pros

The management is very flexible with scheduling. They also strive to keep a good work/life balance for you. Benefits are AMAZING! (see tuition reimbursement and retirement first).

Cons

Clientele served are often underprivileged, addicted, manipulative and entitled. This makes for challenging situations that don't need to be challenging. Management DOES back you up though!
