Pros
As a salaried worker, I have my own office, flexibility and autonomy to do my job. I really like the management staff who I support - good people who put their employees first. Casual environment makes it easy to come to work everyday. I have very collaborative teammates who are always willing and able to assist with any questions or concerns I have.
Cons
Look, its the Distribution industry ... you get what you get. Lots of griping amongst hourly workers who want to be exalted for doing the bare minimum and who feel that management should be grateful that they even show up everyday. As long as you hire the right people with the right attitudes, this can be avoided easily
