Start with good salary and good interaction with promises of advancement.

Cons

Good theoric culture that management doesn’t apply bringing down morale. Raises are very poor and no room for advancement.

Pros

Good atmosphere. Nice people to work with. Good communication from management.

Cons

Layoffs were common and at the end, they were cutting into bone. As a result, accomplishing tasks became very difficult when help from a different department was necessary because they were short-staffed. In talking with fellow employees that had been with the company for many years, it's clear the company's best years are in the rear view. Lot's of change at the top of the organization led to a lot of uncertainty. They went through 3 different CEO's in just 2.5 years!

Pros

Treats people fairly when hiring- good pay - open door policy - Leaders post their names, numbers and pictures in all of the buildings (Regionals and VP) - closed on the weekends - pay's time and half for anything over 8 hours in a day!

Cons

Warehouse can be hot or cold but they try to keep comfortable.
