Good company, very bad management, low pay for area

The people there are good people to work with and they care about each other
Cons
The work load is massive and management is horrible. Previous Warehouse manager left and that was a key part of work load being increased, new manager wants to push and push orders out. Whether this is due to him or the people above me is unknown because of lack of communication in the work place which is also terrible. There are constant issues with the payroll system and people are usually under or overpaid with one employee that I'm aware of being paid over $7K more on his paycheck than usual. There were constant denials of pay increases and over demand of "cross training" used to keep the company from hiring more employees to fulfill previous employees that left the company. However if you can look passed the low pay for the area and the massive work load and possibly having to do 6 other employees jobs, then this won't be that bad of a job for you.
