Pros

Not many anymore, they used to respect the employees. They had core values written on the walls. Since buying up a medical firm they have now removed those words from the walls and the culture.

Cons

The leadership has its head stuck in the sand, dont value the people who help run the place. No respect for the employees, even removed those words from the hallways in the HQ office.

We appreciate you taking the time to complete a review. The final aesthetics for the Regional Headquarters refresh is still occurring. We went through an entire remodel that including demolition. The rebranding of the walls and images are the next phase in the process. Our Beliefs and Behaviors will be prominently displayed. We strongly believe in these guiding values and it is unfortunate you did not experience this during the end of your time with us.

Pros

Decent health insurance, 401k match, good PTO amount

Cons

Direction of the company changes yearly. Leadership is constantly changing the focus and is more concerned with call notes entered in CRM, rather than quality work and driving sales. Minimal training when onboarding. Base pay is low for medical sales. Monthly vehicle allowance won’t cover your car payment, therefore you pay for maintenance out of pocket. Fuel is reimbursed and reps are not provided with fuel cards. Commission is hard to achieve. Percentage of reps that actually hit 100% to target goal is extremely low (less than 10%). Additionally, commission payments are ALWAYS incorrect and late. Leadership will change the comp plan at their convenience. Turnover is high. Current reps and regional sales managers are leaving at an all time high. There’s more focus on DEI than generating sales.

Pros

Office from home. Manage your own schedule. Good work life balance.

Cons

Bonus plan is unrealistic. Each year it is changing. Sell through distribution companies. Reporting is very slow to know where you actually are in current performance.
