Pros

Good benefits but that’s about it

Cons

Company doesn’t pay you accurately, poor communication overall, poor human resource management, HR is a JOKE and not professional, need to actually pay the sales reps, does not Appreciate their employees at all, every year a different direction for sales, products, goals, etc - no follow through on anything they say they will do

Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you feel this way. We work hard to select and develop strong leaders that exemplify our core values. With that said, we certainly are not perfect, and are always looking to evaluate and improve. We will take your feedback into careful consideration going forward.

Pros

Good 401K, Company car, free samples

Cons

CRM process driven, you spend more time on your laptop than with customers. No support or real recognition for employees, the bonus is nonexistent or very little. Toxic atmosphere with bad moral, horrible manager that didn't know much and would never commit to anything! Company cars are being taken away.

Thank you for your comments. Sometimes there is a fine line between having the data (CRM) needed to be successful and the ability to get in front of the customer. Some of our sales people have adopted a practice of meeting customers all week and setting aside some time (Friday afternoon for example) to update the CRM so it becomes a routine practice. Essity strives to keep employees engaged and motivated through giving responsibility, expecting accountability, and by involving and empowering employees to support them in their career journey.

Pros

Dedicated employees, good Philadelphia commute, reasonable salary and benefits

Cons

Job titles have recently been downgraded , open-office plan is beautiful but dehumanizing, everything is do-it-yourself, long-term employees disappear, even the smallest investments require extensive financial justification

Thank you for your helpful comments. We are pleased you are enjoying our salary and benefits offering. Job titles may change to reflect the market and job duties but our compensation and benefits plan has not been downgraded. While most companies would like to sell more high volume products, our strategy is multi-tiered and always has a focus on the customer and how to best serve their needs.
