Thanks for your recognition that we have great people. Essity does have a great rewards system for our people including 30 paid days off in the first year of employment.

Thank you for the comments. We are glad you had a great career with Essity. Work life balance is valued at Essity. Therefore, we recently updated our paid time off policy to reflect this. We feel our PTO policy is now very generous. For example, we now offer 30 paid days off in the first year of employment.
