      Plenty of work, ability to practice skills, labor staff

      Cons

      Distrustful, HR openly engaged in discrimination and targeting. Sr. Mgt viewed staff, even experienced critical staff as numbers. Disappointed in ethics. Gossip channel runs rampant and influences inexeprinced managers

      Thank you for completing a review. We have established a very detailed ethical standard outlined in our Code of Conduct document. Every new Essity employee reviews this document and signs off that they agree to abide by the terms before they are allowed to start working.       Global company but not ran as quality business

      Generally the people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Very limited career path and probably due to EU influence. Not progressive to be competitive with the market and does not embrace diversity of thought.

      Management Lacks Focus, People don't matter any longer...

      Still good pay, and decent benefits overall.

      Cons

      Working there over 30 years, I have seen many changes in every facet of the business. SCA/Essity talks about collaboration, and caring, but the truth is completely opposite. Management chooses to make all the decisions without any collaboration with Operational or Maintenance personnel. They are making costly errors by doing so. No trust or faith in employees. More adversarial then I've ever seen. Many large losses due to lack of action by management to get spending approvals done in a timely manor. I have seen a continued decline in efficiency due to managerial conduct.
