Decent company car, but now may be a low car allowance.

Everything else. Total chaos poorly managed with no direction and abysmal communication with even worse compensation.

Decent pay for the area great benefits 4 weeks for personal days

Cons

Hard to work your way up in the company if starting from the bottom Management acts like they know more than you about your job even though you've been doing it for so long
