      Pros

      Colleagues are great, possibility to find job abroad.

      Cons

      Respect was one of the corporate value, but management doesn't care about employees. Only political connections help you progress, and only if you are Swedish.

      Pros

      I really like the culture. It's a warm company with good core values. There is a lots of internal possibilities. I don't think that I will find another employer that is as good as Essity.

      Cons

      You need do be able to cooporate to be a part of Essity. Which is ofc difficult for some people.
