Working on different projects helped me grow.

To be perfectly honest, most of the leaders here at Essnova Solutions are unpleasant to work with. I'd rather have responsibilities to finish during my whole shift than have to interact with our terrible supervisors. Their arrogant and rude attitudes make them annoying and ineffective leaders.

I've made many lifelong friends.

Cons

People are not happy because there are no clear visions. Management wasn't always aligned. They can't seem to make up their mind with anything. The work itself is rushed and sloppy, no mentoring, no guidance, no leadership you can trust. DO NOT WORK HERE. This place will destroy your soul.

The scoffing from higher-ups was insufferable, especially when valid ideas were dismissed without a seconf thought. Arrogant behavior ran rampant, with senior staff acting like their outdated strategies were gospel. It felt like speaking to a brick wall--completely delusional about the industry's direction. Even basic feedback was met the condescension, making collaboration unnecessarily frustrating.
