There was constant work and pressure, but barely any support to handle it. The environment was so draining, I couldn't even find a reason to stay positive.

Cons

Leadership flat-out lies about providing training. What you get is chaos and confusion. Promises of support are empty, and when you need guidance the most, no one shows up. It was an awful mess that gave me daily stress.

If you spend even a week here, you will realize that this place is full of negativity, and looking for pros is a foolish move.

Cons

The initial training was an awful joke, and the onboarding was unnecessarily rushed. The leadership didn't support employees and left them to tackle stressful situations alone. There was no mentorship either. I was exhausted due to their brutal expectations and no helping hand. Don't do that to yourself.

Our leaders here at Essnova Solutions are too weak and incompetent to lead this company to success. The employees don’t trust the leaders because they’ve always been unreliable. They can’t provide long-term solutions to the problems we face, and they’re all lazy and rude who don’t want to communicate.
