A few supportive coworkers who tried to make things bearable.

Cons

Working here was one of the most abusive and disrespectful experiences of my career. The owner treated people like they were disposable and took credit for everyone else's work. When things went wrong, he was quick to blame others instead of taking any responsibility. The goals were unrealistic, and the way he spoke to us was downright degrading. It got to a point where I stopped feeling like a professional and started feeling like a punching bag. The environment was so toxic that even the most patient people couldn't take it for long. What made it worse was how blatantly management ignored complaints, pretending everything was fine.

- Employees are miserable because leadership is nothing short of disastrous - The so-called leaders act like they have never managed a team in their lives - Management style is careless, incompetent, and toxic - Decisions from the top are absurd and reckless, creating constant chaos for both the company and its employees

The expectations are immense. It feels as if “everyone is replaceable” and no one cares at all. I wouldn’t work here if I had known- look at the tenure.
