The work pushes you to think deeply and makes you better at solving complex technical problems. It’s a place suitable for people ready to roll up their sleeves and make serious contributions. If you love learning and growing, you’ll fit right in. I’ve gained experience with modern systems and tools much faster than I expected. It's full of driven people around me, which is quite motivating. Another thing I like is the solid cross-team collaboration.

Cons

Cons

Teams operated in silos, leading to conflicting directives and duplicated effort. Major technical choices moved forward without proper coordination across groups, forcing constant rework and dragging timelines down. When problems surfaced, ownership became blurred and accountability disappeared. This ongoing lack of alignment steadily weakened what could have been strong technical contributions.

I can say that my coworkers act more professional than management!

Cons

The constant intimidation from management as well as their constant harassment and abuse made employees leave the company!! They treat us like we’ve never done anything right! They’re always offensive and yelling for the smallest error!
