Pros

Comprehensive insurance, dynamic work environment.

Cons

Rudderless leadership and no real training at all. Employees are expected to figured everything out with barely any guidance, left to struggle with only minimal instructions. Asking a manager for help is not even an option because instead of receiving proper answers, employees are immediately met with yelling and hostility.

The leadership of Essnova Solutions is fake. Our leaders like to pretend as if everything is going well. But employees know just how awful the culture and environment here are. Our leaders lie to us all the time, and they've already made countless promises that they didn't keep. I don't think they even intended to keep their promises in the first place.

Being micromanaged and tiptoeing around management was draining and exhausting.

Pros

I wish there was anything positive to say, but the experience with this company and its management was entirely miserable. Constant micromanagement created nonstop stress, and tiptoeing around management was mentally and emotionally exhausting. Nothing ever felt good enough. Morale and self-esteem were crushed so deeply that it took significant time just to put myself back together.

Cons

- Management lacks the ability to lead and relies on suffocating control instead of proper training or allowing time to learn systems and responsibilities. - Everything is rushed and labeled as efficiency, even when it clearly damages quality and results. - The real focus is getting money as fast as possible, not doing work the right way. - Ethics are ignored completely, with questionable practices becoming routine. - No one dares speak up because challenging management leads to mistreatment. - Fear dictates behavior, forcing silence just to survive. - Orders must be followed without question or hostility quickly follows.
