Pros

I started meditating after joining

Cons

I’ve been holding onto this for a while, initially thinking writing a review would be pointless, but I realized I needed this closure. To start, the organization feels like it’s run by a small group of top leaders who treat it like their personal family business. The usual concerns about organizational charts, processes, and standardization seem insignificant compared to the real challenges here. For instance, keeping higher-ups happy is crucial (nothing new there), but the twist is that they set unrealistic targets designed for failure, and it becomes a problem only if you offend their egos. While they claim that transparency is key to employee satisfaction, the reality is quite different. Any feedback you provide is not well-received and is filtered through their own biased understanding of transparency. You won’t need a dictionary to understand the meaning of insecurity here; you’ll experience it firsthand, especially from onshore. There’s a lot to learn about the organization and its business model, but don’t expect a warm welcome if you try to share best practices. No one wants to make things easier for others, even if it benefits the team. In less than a year, I’ve seen the toxic cycle of hiring and firing for the same positions. The company is currently sustained by a few long-standing local employees in Bangalore, but I’m unsure how long this will last. For freshers and experienced professionals considering a job here, my advice is to talk to someone with firsthand experience before accepting an offer. The company might offer attractive terms initially, but be prepared for the possibility of being jobless within 3-6 months.

Pros

I work in the Tech team, so will comment based on that. 1. Exceptional Team 2. Encouraging and Supportive Culture 3. Accountability & Credit for Your Contributions 4. Transparency in Company Strategies 5. Competitive Compensation and Benefits

Cons

Not a major con, but some work days might be longer because the teams are spread across the globe.

Pros

There are no pros in working at this company

Cons

Worst Place to work in Bangalore honestly. People are not supportive at all you will always feel left out. There is a different kind of jealousy among people working there. Employees won't even know you but will be jealous of you. Rather I would say there is no healthy competition but stupid competition which will make you feel like not coming to office at all.
