High Attrition Rate: It’s challenging to complete even a year at Ethos due to the overwhelming pressure and unrealistic demands. 5. Mismanagement in India: The management in India is particularly problematic, with reports of excessive pressure and unfair treatment of employees. If you’re looking for a stable, supportive, and respectful workplace, Ethos is not the place to be.
