I started my career at Ethos in an entry level position. Over the last couple of years, my hard work has paid off and has allowed me to move up in the company. The upper management is not only supportive, but has also taught me so much during my time here.

I have been part of Ethos for nearly two years now, and the journey has been incredible. Joining Ethos was both exciting and challenging. Back then with just handful of us, things were bit chaotic and unstructured. Looking at how growth and the company itself transpired in a short span, it's amazing! One of the standout qualities is exceptional leadership and the effort they've invested in nurturing and bulding the team is truly praiseworthy. The work culture at Ethos is amazing. Unlike my previous experiences, here we are trusted to take ownership of our work and are encouraged to express ourselves freely. It's inspiring and motivating to be part of Ethos!
