Cons
The owners are extremely cheap and give you no pay raises for advancement. They make you come for a meeting every week. You have no choice in hours or days off so your life is this job, dont ever expect to get any time off. The owner also waxes but on like 3 day and take time off whenever she wants. She is also extremely fake talks crap about all her employees and half quit on bad terms. There's not enough employees and I feel the business is doomed to fail. They also blame you for slow days and expect you to go out in rain and the night to get people to come in. The wax is great sometimes and other times it's weird and takes skin up or hold to much heat. The air conditioning was broke all summer in 100 degree temperatures and is still broke! Sales is demanding which is typical but they scold you about it.
