Pros

Flexibility with schedule Patient population

Cons

Low pay in comparison to demand. Currently 28 per visit on average but cut pay to 14 if you get behind on charting. Keep increasing demand without providing any extra assistance. At times scheduled 30 patients a day with no MA support. Terrible work life balance

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you value the flexibility of the role and the opportunity to serve our patient population—both are central to our mission. We also want to sincerely acknowledge the concerns you’ve raised around workload, compensation, and support. These are incredibly important, and we understand how they can impact both your well-being and your ability to provide care. Your feedback about communication and responsiveness from leadership is especially helpful. We are actively working to improve support systems, reduce administrative burden, and ensure team members feel heard and valued. Thank you again for your commitment to our patients and for helping us identify areas where we can do better.

Pros

Patients appreciate the help they receive

Cons

Poor benefits. Health Care Insurance is poor. No sick time. No vacation time. Staff meetings are hostile toward conservative thinking staff. Meetings should not focus on political issues, but rather, patient care.

Thank you for your honest feedback and your years of service at Eventus WholeHealth. We’re grateful that you’ve found meaning in the impact your work has on patients—it’s at the heart of everything we do. We take your concerns seriously, especially around benefits, time off, and the tone of internal meetings. We do encourage you to reach out to your team leader to discuss how to use your PTO time, as we have a full policy that is meant to support the autonomy and flexibility built into our clinician roles. Our goal is to foster a respectful, inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and supported, regardless of their perspectives. Your input is a helpful reminder that we have more work to do in this area, and we’re committed to doing it.
