- Good culture and diversity of people - Base compensation, commission structure, and benefits are competitive - Get to work 100% remotely - Sales leadership does not micromanage - Majority of sales team members are helpful and decent, no toxicity here thankfully

Cons

- The CRM they use is NetSuite. 50% of your day is data entry, making it hard to achieve full sales potential. - Minimal training is given to new sales reps - All sales reps have the same quota expectation regardless of territory. This can be a pro or a con depending on your assigned territory,
