- Executive leadership is the worst that I’ve seen of any organization that I've been at. - The people team has poor people and communication skills outside of spreading gossip within the organization. - Leadership lacks the ability to define or build a positive culture.

Most of the people that work here embrace cross collaboration and teamwork.

Cons

Training leaves a lot to be desired from upper management. Unfortunately, executives get caught up in the day to day and their focus should really be on growth and scaling the business. There is a severe lack of accountability in executive management. Mid and entry level employees are not empowered as they should be. Additionally, these mid and entry level employees are neglected by upper management. The culture is subpar here. Most people come here to get a paycheck and not because they are happy to work at EverCharge.

- Poor management that doesn't do any work, petty, and always trying to find things to blame subordinates - Management doesn't do any work except for delegating work, can not learn anything from them - Most management was hired from a failed company - No originality, always copying how Amazon do things, but they do it in a stupid way
