Pros

I love working at CyberCoders! There are so many reasons... First, I love my boss. I know a lot of the managers and respect them, but my manager really gets me, motivates me, rewards me, encourages me, and likes me. Not only does she bring out my best work, but she brings out the best in me. My CEO rules! She cares about her employees on a personal level and gives us the best return on our invest. She created a culture that's second to none! Flexible hours, casual work environment, compassionate management, challenging work, tons of resources, innovative technology, great paychecks, fun corporate events, and growth potential are just a few reasons I plan to continue my career here.

Cons

I'll admit we have a Sink or Swim mentality - our internal training is mostly technical, focused on how to use our technology. If you don't have experience, you have to fight to stay ahead of the learning curve OR you might just get lucky with a great client.

Pros

-Excellent technology which simplifies the recruiting process while maximizing efficiency. -No limitations on the markets you recruit for- the world is your oyster! -Lavish quarterly luncheons/ award ceremonies with great rewards, open bar and excellent food -No micromanagement (depending on your manager) and laid back company culture -High ceiling on salary for the top producers

Cons

-Training is not the best, especially if you come in with no recruiting experience (sink or swim mentality) -Pay structure can be stressfull- draw vs. commission -Turn over rate is a little higher than it should be

Pros

Good technology, not a lot of valid training.

Cons

Just another recruiting company. They use a chunk of your commission to advertise. I would avoid this company and look for one that has an excellent reputation. Ask for references before taking the job. If you don't get enough "actions" in a month or so your first month they will let you go. Caution!!! the grass is not always greener...
