      Awesome company culture - fun and very generous company events - high income potential - flexibility to work all across industries and throughout nation - unbeatable technology and resources to help us recruit the best candidates - amazing leaders - great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Company is experiencing tremendous which comes with challenges and not always the most favorable "changes". Company is working on it and do believe the goal is to make is still the happiest place for us recruiters.

      Pros

      Unlimited earnings potential. No restrictions or limitations on filling positions. Unmatched and absolutely ridiculous technology system. More recruiting tools than anyone in the business. Casual and fun work environment.

      Cons

      No micromanagement - not a place to work if you need someone constantly hovering over you.

      Pros

      Free food, sodas, pizza on raining days. CEO likes to give lots of prizes away, including cash, iPads, Mac books. Lots of young people, the feel of a start-up. Work hard, play hard.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of cons, but the job is 100% commission, sales cycle can be long, company will give a draw based on your experience. Company culture has changed from inception, more focused on growth.
