Good Product Big Clients Good employees Nothing much

Cons

Employees are treated as machines Hard Working employees are least paid They provide worst food full of stones and bugs to employees Do not care for employees concerns and feedback HR do not come to office and not care for employee grievances No parking facility Employees are not trained on requirements They do not provide Bonus and Variable pay unlike other good companies

Pros

The fastest growing product based company in OTT space with strong leadership. The company serves 5 of the top 10 carriers and 5 of top 10 media companies globally. Great place for learning and career growth. Good onsite opportunities. The company gives more importance to onboarding and ongoing training for their employees.

Cons

Evergent moving at an incredibly fast pace. Personally, this is what I love about it and what has provided me with learning and growth opportunities, but it is for only who likes to learn and grow.
