Pros

This has been a huge step forward for me as an engineer. I get to work on systems that handle millions of transactions daily, and I’m trusted to design solutions that move the needle. The environment is professional but also friendly — colleagues treat each other with respect and enjoy sharing a laugh. There’s good teamwork; people go out of their way to help when you come up against a tough technical issue. I’ve learned more here than in any previous job because the company encourages curiosity and hands-on learning.
