Pros

Highly supportive and healthy work environment. The schedule is flexible; they’re happy to work with you as long as it’s within reason. Client engagements provide great experience you might not be able to get anywhere else. The staff were dedicated to their jobs. I’d give Evergent more than 5 stars if I could.

Pros

I still have a job with good benefits where millions of people don’t. I don’t take that for granted. There’s a lot of things I love working at Evergent but it’s the job security that keeps me coming back day after day. They even offer work from home options. This is a company that truly values its staff.
