Pros

- People are good and humble. - All the employees respect each other

Cons

- No Vision - No Grade or promotions. There is no grade for employees. No Vision for employee to push him/herself to next level. - Performance Review is done on your joining dates. They dont follow industry standards. - No transparency with clients. For every step we need ask management. They why do you hire employees - Very old software's are build infact they use Web-Objects outdated product - Everything they want to build in house and they use free software's. This is unethical as per Industry standards. - Employees are treated as salves. Nobody knows his job is secure or not. - Hire and fire company. - Management compares with fortune companies. Its a big joke

Pros

salary on time. apart from that there is no single point that i can write. you will have full work to do. if you are workaholic you might like it. good pressure to increase your stress levels. one employee is given 3 to 4 projects to handle.. and you are never given a 1 minute of time of yourself. but where was old employees will have fun watching cricket, movies online, video chatting with their loved ones.

Cons

1. Only 1 toilet per floor.. in other building they have common toilet for both male and female Employees. it is ridiculous to see that employees are not given basic amenities like hygenic toilet. flush doesnt work. no paper napkins.. 2. They provide lunch for free. which is full of bugs.. no hygenic food. 2. No respect for new joiners. no napkins, no toilet paper.. 4. Elevator doesnt work... sometimes power goes off for 8 hours completely. 5. airconditioners hardly work. 6. for one doc you wil have to go to hr for 100 times and hr wil ask if urgent or no.. then she doesnt care to solve your pronlem.
