Pros

Benefits are decent for the size of this company.

Cons

C-suite is a revolving door. On the 3rd CFO in 3 years. Lots of executive leadership and managers that shouldn't be managing people especially how verbally abusive they can be. Two layoffs in 6 months. Compensation is hit or miss. Some people have over inflated titles compared to their experience and the salary to match. Merits are based on favoritism not actual performance. Just do your homework before deciding to join this toxic company.

Pros

Most of the company employees are incredibly talented and kind people who are genuinely interested in changing the world. I love my immediate team.

Cons

This is an honest review from a dedicated employee who has seen the company decline significantly since joining over a year ago. I wanted to write this review for prospective talent considering betting their career in our company. In short, it is not worth it. A prominent theme in existing reviews is leadership transparency, both in negative and positive write-ups. Positive reviews praise it, while negative reviews indicate a lack of true clarity. DO NOT discard these negative sentiments. Allow me to explain: if you work closely with the C-Suite and senior leadership in the company, it becomes evident that they will say anything, going through the motions of providing "transparency", that will enable the continued manipulation of employees. This inherent sense of false transparency is an unspoken core value here. It's why people in positive reviews praise it! Because they buy into the messaging and don't work closely or often enough with the executive team to see the manipulation, flakiness, and lack of authenticity. Many other reviews here describe the environment as toxic, and they are entirely correct. Hence, here are some examples it translates in your day-to-day work: - You are constantly gaslit. - You feel like your best is never enough: no matter how many extra hours you put in, you will always be asked for more, with very little recognition. - You feel completely drained by how much emotional labor all interactions with leadership or other departments take. - You get used to utterly dysfunctional behavior.. - You are held accountable for decisions you had no part in. -You feel entirely depleted by leaders' defensive response to the feedback you delivered. This issue is especially prominent in departments like product and marketing. -You are giving a false sense of autonomy. The list could go on. But this is enough to give you an idea of what it is like working here. Finally, I second the CEO and CMO dictatorship points in other reviews, adding one more senior leader to the list. This company is a sinking ship, and many talented people are leaving without jobs lined up. So again, for people reading this, if you have other offers, take them; if you are interviewing, put more effort into other opportunities, etc.

Pros

Diverse work force. Fully support diversity and inclusion throughout the organization

Cons

Very immature and poor leadership. Leadership just it in for themselves. Egos run rampant throughout the organization. So if you like working with people that “know” everything, this place is for you! The concept of how to run a successful business and grow talent is not to be found. Toxic work environment.
