I love working at Everly Health. The leadership is extremely capable and transparent, and it is clear that everyone is dedicated to the mission of expanding healthcare in the U.S.

Cons

There are occasionally long hours, but everyone in leadership is quick to show appreciation for that dedication.

Pros

Working from home and ability to work on your own timezone. Felt a lot more appreciated prior to the Everly Health merge.

Cons

Communication is poor and leadership assumes their team knows what they are doing. CEO lied to the entire company and said there were no layoffs going to happen after they announced that their was an hiring freeze. My manager wasn’t informed that I was laid off until after it happened. Very unprofessional!

Pros

Leadership transparency, cross-function communication and teamwork, and office morale (even through zoom)! Everyone at Everly seems genuinely happy to be there. There’s an overall sense of motivation to get quality work done and improve healthcare accessibility for our customers!

Cons

Few in-person team events (many team members work remotely, so I understand it’s difficult). Management appears to recognize this though, as it’s definitely been improving with Covid restrictions lifting.
