      Pros

      The benefits are pretty comprehensive with the flex spending account and some of the mental health benefits

      Cons

      This company does nothing but drain you of everything you have. They claim that they care about the patient care experience while providing little to no support to the teams directly impacting physician and patient experiences. The C-Suite is full of people with no background in health who only care about making money and do not listen to the voices of their employees. It's a clique. If you don't make them a profit you don't actually matter. For a company who constantly claims to want to make healthcare accessible, the test are too expensive for most people without health insurance to actually access and the patient demographics are looking very white and well off. In short, they provide healthcare for people who already have access to healthcare. There is also so much bullying from other teams. Product is unwilling to work with other teams and learn about the processes. They do what they want with no regard to the teams needs. They do not live up to their values and there is no longer a vision for the company. This is not a company that actually cares about patients, accessibility, or their employees.

We are committed to changing the future of healthcare, which includes regular evaluations of our product strategy and ensuring that our tests are accessible to as many people as possible. In 2021 and 2022, we brought on a few new C-suite leaders with backgrounds in healthcare. Changes will not be immediate, but we are looking forward to what we can do in years to come. We strive to create an environment where our employees feel valued and provide multiple opportunities throughout the year for employees to share their experiences with leadership. We have a company value to communicate openly and honestly and encourage all employees to ask questions or provide constructive feedback. We’re saddened when we hear that employees do not feel that these opportunities to share were sufficient or that their concerns weren’t heard. Thank you for sharing so we can continue to expand on these resources. Additionally, bullying behavior is not tolerated at Everly Health and we’re disappointed to hear about this.       It's a newer company, so they are still developing protocols and processes needed to handle the volume of work.
