Promises made, promises NOT kept

Pros

Not existent since the merger

Cons

There were a lot of great minds in this organization that could have driven to a leader of the industry, that is no longer the case. The “growth” of your personal career will be stagnant from where you are now. They give timelines for bonuses, raises and promotions if OKRS are met—- then when that time comes and you meet every goal it’s as if you’re greedy or “unappreciative”. Covid can not be an excuse for a company that grew 10x because of covid… I was told to be thankful for even having a job in 2020. The biggest slap was when it was time to leave… when all the knowledge and hard work was not rewarded, people tend to look elsewhere to feel that value and pay they deserve. Upper management threatened over and over and then was asked to sign away any right to further my career unless they had the decision of where that organization would be. There is not a single middle management person left with experience or that could tell you they love/like their job at all. The CEO reviews in here are 100% true: it’s a dictatorship, “the dropout” sequel in the making

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. As a growing and fast-moving organization, we know there are things we can do better. We strive to provide a positive workplace that allows employees the opportunity to grow and develop. In 2022, we are investing heavily in our employee learning, including a Professional Development program that helps employees work towards professional goals. We are also introducing career ladders and creating development opportunities for current people managers within the organization. Because we are in a complex business environment, senior leaders (including our CEO) are involved in our daily operations to ensure Everly is well-positioned for success in the future. This direct involvement is intended to support the significant number of new leaders who have recently joined the company and are acclimating to our strategic plan. Our goal is to provide an organizational structure where leaders are well-equipped to serve as active participants in organizational decision-making in support of the overall company vision and mission. We take all feedback seriously so that we can continue to grow and improve upon these opportunities.

Disappointing Experience

Pros

Unlimited PTO, 401k with match, lifestyle account Most employees strive for a collaborative work culture which benefits patients.

Cons

Since PWNHealth merged with Everlywell, teams have a very difficult time communicating and being able to work together. Jargon and acronyms are thrown around to portray an “in crowd” that “is more knowledgeable” than the rest. This is not how to effectively communicate (internally or externally) or achieve results. Job responsibilities (OKRs) change monthly which is very demotivating and destroys all passion. DEIB should not mean cisgender, white are suppressed and bullied. Talent comes in all shapes, sizes, colors, etc. Expect to be marginalized and do much work that others will claim as there own.

We always appreciate feedback, both positive and critical. Bringing together four companies is not without its challenges and is something that we are still working on even a year later. Bringing together these brands called for establishing a clear vision for our company through OKRs that allows us to be nimble and responsive to external and internal factors. We have a company value to communicate openly and honestly and encourage all employees to ask questions or provide constructive feedback. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral and at the heart of our organization. We regularly evaluate our efforts to ensure that all employees feel welcomed and valued and have the opportunity to grow with the organization. We will continue to work on this area and are disappointed when employee experience does not align with what we strive to do. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The company has a great benefits package.

Cons

There is favoritism, toxicity from leadership in many departments, and it trickles down to the employees. It’s a shame to see so many great people go, but it has clearly been a trend in the last year at this company. Leadership does not try to look at root causes of why people are leaving, middle managers do not take responsibility for their poor management or own up to mistakes. Most of the diversity at this company is shown in the lower-level jobs like support and lab employees. Do better.

Thank you for taking time to provide feedback. We care deeply about our employee experience and regularly provide employees with an opportunity to provide feedback to the organization. When employees choose to leave Everly, we consider that an opportunity to learn and grow and request honest feedback from them before they leave so we can make changes accordingly. We take the items you listed very seriously, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, and will continue to improve. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
