Pros

» You'll find pockets of really great people » Benefits are decent » The work was challenging in a rewarding way (mostly)

Cons

» Over-promised and painfully under-delivered on company culture » Managers have very little, or no, leadership training » Favoritism is brutal here » If you enforce your work/life boundaries, you'll be subtly punished for it: projects are taken from you at random, you'll be assigned to less important things, etc. » Exponentially increasing goals will cause burnout, guaranteed » The company has been promising for years that they'll "hire enough people to lighten the load on everyone," but as the workforce grows, so do those exponentially increasing goals, resulting in more work for everyone » Those at the top only listen to, and take action on, things that make them/the company *seem* good » Some managers will actively undermine you so that you don't progress » No transparency from the leadership team, and as the company has gotten larger, this has gotten way worse

Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback - we evaluate all feedback seriously so we can continue to grow and improve. While we are extremely proud of the hard-work and success of our team, we know that 2021 was a year of high growth, which can lead to stress and challenges. Our leadership team is committed to continuing to grow our teams and assimilating new employees, effectively training and deploying new hires and managers so they can fully exercise their talents, and building the processes and disciplines to work together as a larger, collaborative team. Creating and encouraging a fair life-work balance for our employees is absolutely a priority for Everly Health. Again, we appreciate your feedback.

Pros

The people you work with daily are outstanding, kind, and hardworking.

Cons

-You will be burnt out beyond belief, and work/life balance is nonexistent -The glitter of the mission statement disappears beneath growing sales goals -Managers have ZERO management experience or training whatsoever -Solving problems on your own will sooner get you reprimanded than acknowledged and appreciated -There is a daily fire to put out -Meetings, meetings, meetings -Expect to be contacted while on PTO -Micromanagement -Your career will not progress. The company does not like to promote, and the titles given are far lower than skillsets or industry standard -They constantly use being a startup as an excuse for poor structure, culture, and pay -Blatant favoritism -Both information and access to leadership is gate-kept

Thank you for taking time to provide us with feedback. It is important for us to understand what we are doing well and what we can be doing better. While we are extremely proud of the hard-work and success of our team, we know that 2021 was a year of high growth which can lead to stress. Creating and encouraging a fair life-work balance for our employees is a priority for Everly Health. In 2022, we are hiring extensively to grow and scale our business - giving us more teammates to support our growth and enable our teammates to have a better work/life balance. Our leadership team is also committed to continuing to grow our teams and assimilating new employees, effectively training and deploying new hires so they can fully exercise their talents, and building the processes and disciplines to work together cross-functionally. Thank you again for providing feedback. We take all feedback seriously so that we can continue to grow and improve upon these opportunities.
